Cancellation Policy

Deposits on reservations for two nights or more and canceled with at least 30 days notice will be refunded deposit less a $25.00 administrative fee. Less than 30 days notice, the one night’s rent will be forfeited. One night bookings will forfeit deposit if reservation is cancelled AT ANY TIME. If reservation is changed after arrival or cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, you will be responsible for entire original reservation.
