Here at the Beachfront Inn we had a fantastic fourth of July. We want to thank all the wonderful family’s that came to stay with us and helped make our first Independence day at the Beachfront a huge success. The Beachfront Inn would also like to say what an amazing job the town of Baileys Harbor did and does every year with the parade, fireworks and downtown festivities. As the people flock into our small town they are greeted by smiles, festive music and the smells of delicious food. This is no small task to organize and we applaud all the hard work and effort that goes into pulling off such a wild weekend for so many people. Baileys Harbor has truly become the place to be!

Every year fishing communities from the Mediterranean to the United States honor a tradition called Blessing of the Fleet. These communities gather and celebrate as water crafts are blessed for safe travels in the season to come. Every year thousands of people flock to Door County over Memorial Day weekend to spend time with family and friends. Seeing all these people come up to boat, hike, fish, swim and relax reminds me of just how lucky we are to have the freedom to take a 3 day weekend and enjoy life. Here at the Beachfront Inn we are reminded every day that our freedom is a blessing.

Proud New Owners of the Beachfront Inn Shana and Oscar
As some of you know 2018 was a big year for the Door County Real estate market and the Beachfront Inn property was no exception. August 1st marked a new beginning for Shana Zacek and her Shih Tzu mix Oscar as they officially bought and started running the Beachfront Inn Motel. Shana still plans on keeping things pet friendly, and relaxing for your entire family. Some changes you may have notice is an extended season ending November 25th and reopening April 5th 2019 as well as some easy room upgrades such as new charging docks and painted doors. As with most new owners Shana has so many fresh, exciting ideas and she just can’t wait to get to work! Follow our off season projects on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.
We would like to thank the amazing guests that we have met so far. You all have made our first few months a breeze and a blast!
