Thank you for choosing the Beachfront Inn for your vacation! Now that you've made your reservation, here's some helpful things for you to know about staying with us. Feel free to call and ask any particular questions.
Check In Time: 3pm unless you request an early check in. The earliest time we can accommodate is 1pm and if you need an earlier check in, you will be required to book the night before. If you are arriving after 8pm, please call 920.839.2345 to let us know. We will give you instructions for getting into your room.
Check Out Time: 11am
Office Hours: 7:30am to 9pm During these times, you can check out pool/beach towels, use the microwave if your room does not have one, and get glassware or insulated glasses for beach or pool area use.
Pool Hours: 9am to 9pm Towels are available at the Front Desk for use at the pool and beach.
Cancellation policy: Deposits on reservations for two nights or more and canceled with at least 14 days notice will be refunded less a $15.00 administrative fee. Less than 14 days notice, the one night's rent including taxes will be forfeited. One night bookings will forfeit deposit if reservation is cancelled. If reservation is changed after arrival, you will be responsible for original reservation.
Guarantee policy: One night will be taken from your credit card within 24 hours of the booking, to guarantee the reservation.
Pet Friendly Rooms: We are dog friendly in specific rooms only. If you have a dog, a dog waiver must also be signed. Please make sure to tell us a dog/dogs are in your room and charged the additional cleaning fee. If you do not let us know you have brought a dog, you will be charged $100 additional to the nightly fee if we detect a dog in your room. Sorry, we do not accept cats or any other animals.
Minimum Age of Guests Reserving Rooms: We require all guests reserving rooms to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Proof of id may be required upon checking in.
Quiet Hours: Because we are a family friendly property and we respect people's sleeping schedules, we do ask that our Quiet Hours between 10pm and 8am be respected both in rooms and on the beach. Many times our campfires will go later but we ask that it be kept to a reasonable level of noise. If you receive multiple warnings, we will have to ask you to leave.
Alcohol & Other Substances: We do not allow any illegal activity on our property including using any substances. If you are found having any illegal drugs in your room, you will be asked to leave. We do not condone underage drinking and will not allow it in common areas. If you receive multiple warnings regarding noise/partying in your room, we will have to ask you to leave.
Smoking: Our rooms are non-smoking but we do provide ashtrays in several areas in the parking lot. It is the policy of the Beachfront Inn to charge a fee of $100 if there is any detection of any smoking being done in the room. This policy is to protect the interest of all our guests and we ask that you respectfully comply with it.
Microwaves in Rooms: Rooms 110, 114, 204, 206 and 207 have microwaves in the room. If your room does not have one, feel free to use the one in the Lobby.
